Carb free challenge

Hello all! How’s everyone’s 2018 going so far?

As I mentioned in my last post I’m going to be trying cutting different foods out of my diet to see how it affects me. The first thing I’ll be trying this week/the next few weeks is cutting carbs out of my diet.

Over the past year or so I’ve been suffering from pretty bad bloating after meals, so I’ve spent the last few months trying to narrow down what might be causing this bloating and I think I’ve finally narrowed it down to carbs being the problem. So over the next week I’m going to completely cut out all carbs from my diet (I’m going to find it extremely hard because pasta and potato are two of my favourite things) but I really think that it will hep my body stay healthier. After this week I might decide to do another few weeks completely carb free or I may decide to try gluten free for a few weeks. I’m just going to go with the flow and listen to what my body tells me!


If anyone has any advice or yummy carb free recipes please let me know! I’d appreciate all the help I can get ❤
