    Hi All! So throughout my weightless journey one of the things I’ve found hardest is to find yummy snack recipes that aren’t full of sugar, until I came across a recipe for banana oat bites.     Hi All, hope you’re well! A few weeks ago I made an order of supplements from Cute Nutrition as an aid to my weight loss and to help reduce my bloating, and I said I’d do a review so here it is!     Evolution of the LBD

    So when I was in New York one of the things I did is visit MoMa which had an amazing exhibition on the evolution of fashion and style. One of the things that really grabbed me was the evolution of the little black dress which was first made popular in the 40s when it was worn by big film stars. I’ve attached a few photos of my favourite dresses and added the designer and which year it was made. I’d say that my favourite is the two piece Dior because I think it’s so classic and chic.     Hello all, I hope you’ve all had a good week! If you read my last post you’d know that this week I’ve been attempting to go carb free in a hope to make my body healthier. I’m happy to say that although I found the first few days very hard I’ve managed to stay completely carb free and I’ve never felt better!     Hello all! How’s everyone’s 2018 going so far? As I mentioned in my last post I’m going to be trying cutting different foods out of my diet to see how it affects me. The first thing I’ll be trying this week/the next few weeks is cutting carbs out of my diet. Over the past year or so I’ve been suffering from pretty bad bloating after meals, so I’ve spent the last few months trying to narrow down what might be causing this bloating and I think I’ve finally narrowed it down to carbs being the problem.     Christmas is only two days away and I’m so excited! As I’ve got a very hectic few days coming up I decided to treat myself to a full out pamper day; nails, eyebrows, fake tan, the whole works.
